PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of our Corporate Operations Team.
As the Front Desk/Administrative Assistant, you'll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.
The Front Desk/Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact with our visitors.
This is an important role that will set the tone for our company's relationship with each visitor.
You will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
These tasks include but are not limited to welcoming clients, answering phones, redirecting calls, managing mail correspondence, ordering office supplies and processing expense reports.
The administrative assistant will report to and provide support to the Executive Administrative Assistant.

Front Desk/Administrative Assistant:
Welcome and assist visitors and guests as needed.
Answer and redirect calls as needed.
Manage inter-departmental mail distribution.
Maintain, and order office, kitchen, and meeting supplies Manage facility landscaping services.
General office administration, including acting as a liaison with the company's maintenance department.
Process expense reports in expense system (Concur) Administrative Assistant back up support:
Maintain and coordinate daily calendar schedules for the President/CEO and senior level management Travel arrangements domestic and international, including Visa processing and related travel requirements Coordinate meetings, conferences, and departmental events Provide support to other special projects and events as needed Assist with the company's corporate credit card program.
Provide support to the Board of Directors, including coordination of board meetings, dinners, and related logistics multiple times per year.
Requirements:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 4 years administrative support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Teams preferred.
Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and re-prioritize quickly Professional communication skills both verbal and written Demonstrated experience communicating and collaborating with all levels of management Flexibility is a must; experience taking on multiple roles and responsibilities as this position will involve a wide variety of tasks and different subject matter.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
